Breathalyzer costume didn't fool Cincy cop

CINCINNATI, Nov. 2 (UPI) -- Cincinnati police say dressing up as a Breathalyzer on Halloween didn't spare one reveler a trip to jail.

Justin Johnson, 22, was picked up after allegedly trying to start a fight on East Seventh Street by yelling profanities and refusing to simmer down when approached by police.

While it was not known what Johnson blew on the real Breathalyzer down at the station, The Cincinnati Enquirer noted Sunday he was considered to be "voluntarily intoxicated."
