STILLWATER, Minn., Oct. 30 (UPI) -- A Stillwater, Minn., couple said the mortgage on their for-sale house will be paid off if the buyer makes a hole-in-one at a local golf course.

Dan Brasch and Jenna Fletcher said Brasch plans to treat whoever buys their home to a round of golf at the Applewood Hills Golf Course and if the house's new owner makes a hole-in-one on the seventh hole, a 209-yard Par 3, a sports marketing company working with the couple will pay off the mortgage, the St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer-Press reported Thursday.

Brasch said the golf offer on the four-bedroom home, which is listed for $239,000, is good until Nov. 22.
