Jeb Corliss, who is still battling misdemeanor charges from his failed attempt in 2006, said he will "absolutely" take advantage of a new law that allows parachutists to jump from buildings with a police permit and permission from the property owner, the New York Post reported Friday.

New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg signed the bill two weeks ago.

"I love Mayor Bloomberg," Corliss said.
