SOFIA, Bulgaria, Sept. 20 (UPI) -- A Bulgarian woman says she'll make sausages of her cow after it jumped on her as she was leading it down a road.
Rositza Kasaboba, 68, was bruised but not seriously injured when, after a day of grazing in a field, her cow suddenly reared up and jumped on her as she was walking it home, The Daily Telegraph reported Saturday.
Kasaboba was also walking a donkey at the same time. She says as she was getting up from the bovine battering, the donkey fell to the ground.
"I am sure it was laughing at me!" she told the newspaper.
She added the unruly cow would be served up as savory sausages for the Christmas holiday season.
