HAMPTON, Va., Sept. 16 (UPI) -- Police in Hampton, Va., arrested an alleged car thief they say returned to a car dealership to steal the same car after it had been recovered once.

Investigators said the 2008 Honda Accord was originally stolen Aug. 17 from Peninsula Honda and was returned to the dealership after officers found it in Newport News, the Newport News Daily Press reported Tuesday.
