PALM BEACH, Fla., Sept. 16 (UPI) -- A 22-year-old Palm Beach, Fla. woman says she panicked when she discovered two snakes sharing the water with her in her bathtub.
"I was screaming like I was being attacked," said Elena Trowell. "I was so freaked out."
Trowell discovered the corn snakes Sunday when she slid into the water and one brushed against her, the Palm Beach (Fla.) Post reported Tuesday.
Trowell's boyfriend captured the snakes -- one 1 foot long and the other slightly larger -- and is keeping them at home in a glass tank, the Post said.
Trowell maintains the snakes, which are harmless, dropped from the tub faucet, while plumbing experts say its more likely they came up the drain, the Post reported.
