ARLINGTON, Texas, Sept. 5 (UPI) -- An Arlington, Texas, woman claims to have found an image of the Virgin Mary on a rotten grape she was preparing to throw out.

Becky Ginn, 24, said she was preparing to throw out the leftover grapes she had purchased a week before when said she she saw the image of Jesus' mother on one of the rotten fruits, The Dallas Morning News reported Friday.

"I turned it over, and said, 'oh that looks like the Virgin Mary,'" she said. "It was the first thing that popped into my head."

Ginn, who said she is a devout Baptist, said some people have called into question the authenticity of photos she has posted of the item, which she is keeping in her freezer, on her blog. However, she said she doesn't have the knowledge to fake such an image.

"I can Photoshop a zit off someone's face," she told the Morning News. "I can't Photoshop the Virgin Mary onto a grape."

Ginn said she is considering selling the grape on eBay and donating the profits to her church, Fielder Road Baptist Church.

"I'm all for showing that God sometimes does have a sense of humor," she said.
