SOUTH SEATTLE, Wash., Aug. 20 (UPI) -- Two bumbling burglars fled in a hail of gunfire after apparently breaking into the South Seattle home of one of the culprit's mother.
Police told the Seattle Times Wednesday that the pair was arrested Tuesday after they allegedly broke into the house and were confronted by the mom and other family members.
Rather than coming up with some lame excuse for their unorthodox entry, the pair bolted from the home firing several shots in the air as they fled.
Police were called. The 22-year-old suspect and newly anointed black sheep of the family went along peacefully, but his teen accomplice was bitten several times by a police dog.
