MIAMI, July 23 (UPI) -- A Miami-Dade County, Fla., teenager has been charged with a third incident of taking a Metrobus for a joyride.

James Harris, 18, who was previously charged with taking buses for joyrides June 1 and June 13, was arrested outside the Miami-Dade courthouse and charged with a June 16 incident which involved a bus disappearing from the lot at around midnight and returning around 6:15 a.m., The Miami Herald reported Wednesday.

Police said a transit agency employee reported the third incident after seeing Harris' photograph on a ''Be On The Lookout'' poster. He said he had previously believed Harris was a legitimate driver because he wore a Miami-Dade Transit cap, a green jacket and shorts.

In all three incidents, Harris is believed to have picked up customers and left the fare boxes intact after leaving the buses, investigators said.

Two drivers who have been accused of helping Harris obtain his counterfeit uniform have been suspended by Miami-Dade Transit pending a termination hearing.
