LINDENHURST, N.Y., July 21 (UPI) -- Police in Lindenhurst, N.Y., said two men were arrested after they allegedly tried to steal chairs from a venue after a professional wrestling show.

Nassau County police said a World Wrestling Entertainment (NYSE:WWE) worker spotted the two 20-year-old men, identified as Keith Powell and Timothy Vandewater, in the parking lot of the Nassau Coliseum while they were allegedly trying to escape with chairs they took from backstage at the venue, Newsday reported Monday. The chairs belonged to the wrestling organization.

Vandewater allegedly struck the worker in the head with a bottle and hit him in the back. However, police said the man did not require immediate medical attention.

Powell was charged with burglary, while Vandewater was charged with burglary and assault.
