Presidential candidate Sen. Obama speaks at NALEO conference in Washington

WASHINGTON, July 2 (UPI) -- A group of astrologers predicts presumptive U.S. Democratic Presidential nominee Barack Obama is poised to win the election.

The group of seven astrologers made their prediction at the United Astrology Conference in Denver in May, ABC News reported Wednesday.

Susan Miller, an astrologer and accomplished author, said astrologers are able to give insight about circumstances, but the future results are up in the air.

"Astrology shows you the conditions, it doesn't show you the outcome. The outcome is up to us. We all have to vote. I think it's gonna be one of these really tight elections," she said.

Miller said the election race is similar to the traditional "rebel versus the conservative" battle and the astrological charts of Obama, D-Ill., and likely opponent Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., are "excellent."
