NEW YORK, May 29 (UPI) -- A former Fox News employee claims bedbug bites she got in the channel's New York building left her with post-traumatic stress disorder.

A lawyer for Jane Clark said the Fox veteran is planning to file a lawsuit that claims three encounters with bedbugs at the New York tower that houses the Fox News Channel and the New York Post left her unable to work, the New York Daily News reported Thursday.

Lawyer Alan Schnurman said the lawsuit to be filed in New York Supreme Court would name the Boston-based owner of the company, Beacon Capital Partners, and the maintenance company that services the building.
