CLAYTON, N.C., May 21 (UPI) -- Police in Clayton, N.C., said a stolen trailer has been recovered, but without the $150,000 worth of liquor it had been hauling.

Police said Miami-Dade County, Fla., authorities found the trailer undamaged near the Everglades, the Raleigh (N.C.) News & Observer reported Wednesday.

The cab of the truck was previously recovered on the interstate in Johnson County, N.C.

Donald Parks, the driver of the truck, said he had parked it overnight in a parking lot May 1 and it was missing when he returned the following morning.
