Giuliani's 1966 Corvair listed on eBay

WASHINGTON, Jan. 24 (UPI) -- Former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani's1966 Chevrolet Corvair convertible has been put up for sale on eBay.

"Rudy Giuliani's '66 Chevrolet Corvair Convertible," reads the listing on the Internet auction site. The ad drew 16 bids, the highest at $3,787 as of Wednesday, The New York Post reported Thursday.

Elliot Cukor, the man credited in 1997 with putting Giuliani in drag for the annual Inner Circle political spoof, is listing the Republican presidential hopeful's car.

The car was registered to the former mayor until 1996, when Cukor's Cooper Classic Cars bought it back.
