Cross-country drive on 2 gallons of gas

NASHVILLE, Jan. 7 (UPI) -- Police in Madison, Tenn., have recovered a stolen truck full of prize-winning bulls worth up to $100,000.
The truck was found with an empty gas tank, but the thief had already taken off, The (Nashville) Tennessean reported.
The truck was stolen from downtown Nashville while transporting a dozen bulls to the Nashville Municipal Auditorium for the Professional Champion Bullriding show.
"The truck was running, and a subject jumped into the driver's seat of the truck and fled the scene," said Metro police Sgt. Robert Durbin.
Witnesses said the woman who had been driving the truck was able to escape safely.
