$336.4 million Powerball jackpot unclaimed

UPPSALA, Sweden, Oct. 5 (UPI) -- Advances in DNA testing proved that an Uppsala, Sweden, man did not father his ex-girlfriend's child 33 years ago.
The man broke up with the mother of the child shortly before the girl was born, The Local reported Friday. While he maintained he was not the girl's father, his former girlfriend disagreed.
A lengthy legal battle followed, eventually ending up in Sweden's Supreme Court in 1986. In spite of several paternity tests, the man lost the case and was required to pay child support.
Finally, DNA analysis proved that the man was telling the truth and the Supreme Court recently overturned its decision.
