OSHKOSH, Wis., Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Officials at a Wisconsin courthouse are keeping their eyed peeled for a toilet-paper thief who has been spiriting roll after roll out of men’s bathrooms.

The Oshkosh Northwestern reported Saturday the thefts have been occurring in the men’s bathrooms at the Fond du Lac County Courthouse since early summer.

Fond du Lac County Executive Allen Buechel said the county wants to catch the culprit but isn’t overly concerned about the losses. "We don't buy the best toilet paper," he joked.
