TOULOUSE, France, Sept. 29 (UPI) -- Aerospace buffs have a chance to grab a souvenir of the Concorde this week as a wide range of artifacts go on auction in France.

The items from the now-retired supersonic airliner that will be on the block include cockpit instruments, landing gear and a toilet seat, the BBC said.

The four-day auction in Toulouse is a fund-raiser for an aeronautical park planned for the city.

The Anglo-French Concorde was in service from 1976 until 2003.
