Jim Sensenbrenner, R-Wis., has an uncanny sense for picking lottery winners, snagging his third payout from the game of chance. The Republican representative from Menominee Falls picked up his second $1,000 win from the Wisconsin Lottery Aug. 30, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reported. In 1997, he won a $250,000 jackpot on a $2 ticket in the District of Columbia lottery. Advertisement "I got lucky," said Sensenbrenner, an heir to the Kimberly-Clark fortune who has a net worth of about $11.6 million. He told the Journal Sentinel he spends "about 10 bucks" a week on tickets. His latest winnings came when he entered the Super 2nd Chance drawing in which people mail at least $5 in losing tickets to try for a $1,000 prize.
