Police in Chimacum, Wash., said Jon Hartman's four pit bull-husky mix dogs were being held in outdoor cages at an animal shelter, KIRO-TV in Seattle said Thursday. Advertisement Hartman allegedly broke into the shelter and used bolt cutters to cut through the cages. The dogs, which were later recaptured, will be euthanized if Hartman does not file an appeal, the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office said.
