GOTHENBURG, Sweden, May 14 (UPI) -- A Swedish university student reprimanded by Gothenburg University for posing in a pornographic magazine reported the school to the Justice Ombudsman.
The psychology student -- identified as Lisa -- also reported the school to the Swedish National Agency for Higher Education, The Local reported Monday.
Lisa, who said the photos were not explicit, went under a different age and name in the magazine. However, a copy of the magazine was placed in the mail box of one of the school's course directors and the student was called into a meeting with school officials.
"He threw the magazine down in front of me and shouted, 'Did you pose for this?' The atmosphere was incredibly threatening," Lisa told The Local.
"They must have studied every picture in the magazine just to recognize me. I had colored lenses and there was just a tiny picture of me on the front cover.
"What's more, it's a specialist magazine that you can't by in the shops," said Lisa.
"I know that they have no right to get involved in my private life, the life of an adult student. They are not following any laws or rules; they have their own way of dealing with matters. They are guilty of misconduct," Lisa said in the newspaper article.
