BAY CITY, Mich., April 23 (UPI) -- Bay City, Mich., is one of the newest additions to the Big Money Bingo ring, a bingo game played across the state of Michigan.

Bay City's Celebration Center and Disabled American Veterans Chapter 9 will both connect to the Big Money Bingo server for the first time on Tuesday, Michigan's Bay City times reported Monday.

About 90 bingo halls across the state will be electronically linked together for Big Money Bingo, which has jackpots starting at $5,000 and can grow to more than $100,000.

The game is also known as progressive bingo because the jackpot will grow until someone wins.

"I think this place will be booming," said Debbie Lee Beebe, hall manager at Celebration Center.

It costs $3 per card to play and each card has three bingo faces. You must cover all 25 spaces on one face to win.
