STOCKHOLM, Sweden, April 13 (UPI) -- A Swedish ad campaign for men's underwear that features underwear-clad women was found to be inappropriately sexy and sexist.

The ad and packaging for Axe boxer shorts were ruled inappopriate by the Swedish Council Against Sexual Discrimination in Advertising, The Local reported.

The package shows a man wearing the boxer shorts embraced by two underwear-clad women. The man's head isn't visible, although the womens' heads and a pink kiss mark on his chest are. The package warns the shorts "may get pulled out of shape, or even torn ... you lucky boy," The Local said.

The council said the "pictures, text and symbols in the marketing

material communicate a sexist view of women, in which women in general

are only seen as objects for male sexuality."

The council said the underwear's manufacturer, Unilever Sverige, didn't respond to the complaint.
