Serena Reaves-Cain stands accused of smearing red lipstick on Anitra Kincy cheeks, chasing Constance Trotman around the room and pulling Clara Luz Badia's shirt down to expose her breasts, the New York Daily News reported Wednesday. Advertisement The women, who are seeking unspecified damages, allege that Reaves-Cain's behavior was persistent. "Cain hugged the plaintiffs and pushed her breasts up against their breasts and used the palm of her hand to spank them on the buttocks," the lawsuit claims. Ivan Smith, a lawyer for the plaintiffs, said an internal review into Reaves-Cain's behavior concluded she had "behaved inappropriately," the newspaper reported "We have just received the legal papers and will be reviewing them thoroughly," Georgia Pestana, the head of the city Law Department's Labor and Law Employment Division, told the Daily News.
