Thomas L. Piles, 53, was suspended from his job at the Shelbyville Middle School Monday pending the outcome of the case, the Indianapolis Star reported. Advertisement Piles was arrested after an Anderson, Ind., man called police and reported a man driving on I-74 with his penis out of his pants, the newspaper said. The complainant told sheriff's deputies Piles passed him on the highway, then slowed down until he caught up and drove the same speed alongside him until he looked over and saw the teacher's penis exposed. Piles was pulled over by a Shelbyville police officer who cited him for indecent exposure after finding his pants unzipped, a police report said. He reportedly told the arresting officer "these pants always do that."
