LONDON, Feb. 18 (UPI) -- An upcoming ITV documentary is set to reveal how many British real estate agents use sellers' homes for everything from throwing parties to attracting women.
The Sunday Telegraph said after this week's airing of the ITV special, "Confessions of an Estate Agent," sellers across Britain will likely wonder exactly what their former home has been used for lately.
Featuring interviews with real estate agents of questionable moral fiber, the special shows how many in the profession treat their clients' homes as if they were actually theirs.
"We were in a bar and saw these stunning girls and instantly I thought, 'We need somewhere to go,'" an estate agent identified as Ashley said. "I know this vendor who has a million-pound penthouse and is never in. I know it's furnished with beds there. We took the girls back and had a very good night."
Estate agent Richard Parkinson said while he has never been involved in such incidents as are detailed in Tuesday's special, he told the newspaper that unfortunately they do exist.
"Handing over keys to agents is a massive statement of trust and this kind of behavior completely loses that," he said.
