CHICAGO, Nov. 6 (UPI) -- Once known for his fiery, quick temper, former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka has entered the wine business and is now being labeled "crisp and dry."

The Super Bowl XX winning coach has partnered with a California winery to come up with five different blends of Mike Ditka wine, the Chicago Sun-Times reports.

The top of the line is called Mike Ditka Kick Ass Red, a blend of zinfandel, syrah and petite sirah grapes that will sell between $40 and $50 a bottle.

The Ditka line also features a merlot and pinot grigio as well as a chardonnay and cabernet sauvignon.

Ditka isn't the first celebrity to put his face on a bottle.

Sen. Barack Obama, D-Ill., and Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich have their own beer while golfer Greg Norman and actress Lorraine Bracco are among a growing number of celebrities with their own wine.

Ditka's name is already on frozen pork chops, barbeque and steak sauces as well as a cheese spread.

Next in line will be Ditka cigars.
