Dennis E. Westphal, 19, of Edgewater Park, was arrested after a pilot who flew over the field saw the slur and reported it to police, reported the Courier-Post of Camden, N.J. Advertisement An arrest warrant charges Westphal with bias intimidation and harassment. There is no word on exactly what was written in the field.
