Leo Williams is in a wheelchair and might lose more of his foot, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reported. Advertisement His lawyer, Mark Petroff, said the suit claims that an employee at the Discount Drug Mart store in Sheffield failed to measure Williams' foot correctly -- and then told him the shoes just needed a breaking-in period when he complained of poor fit. The suit alleges that employees at the store did not have the state license required for the sale of orthopedic shoes.
