Patrick Reynolds and the American Cancer Society are calling for a defeat for Issue 4 and a win for their Issue 5, a proposed state law that would ban smoking in workplaces and public places such as restaurants and bars.

"They're not supporting (Issue 4) for your health," Reynolds said. "They're doing it to protect future profits."
