SEATTLE, Oct. 26 (UPI) -- A county prosecutor in Washington state could find himself on the wrong side of the law for visiting a women's bathroom during a Seattle Seahawks game.
The man, a senior deputy prosecutor in Thurston County, which includes Olympia, the state capital, was released after being charged with obstructing and trespassing, the Seattle Times reported.
The incident began when two Seahawks employees reported that a couple was having sexual intercourse in a ladies room stall. The man denied sexual activity, saying he was in the bathroom for the usual purpose, although he did not say why he was in the ladies room or in the same stall with a woman.
The woman, a paralegal in the Thurston County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, has not been charged.
Thurston County Prosecutor Ed Holm told the Times the man has been notified that he will be disciplined.
