National Buffalo Wing Festival founder Drew Cerza says a committee has been formed to select the first nominees for the Hall of Fame, the Buffalo News reported. Advertisement The public will be able to vote online, with the winners named at the fifth annual wing festival at Dunn Tire Park on Sept. 2-3. The newspaper said votes may be cast at www.buffalowing.com. Cerza said plaques with the inductees' names will be hung in Pettibones Grille at Buffalo's baseball park until the Chicken Wing Hall of Fame gets a place of its own.
