BOULDER, Colo., July 24 (UPI) -- A group of Boulder, Colo., residents is asking the city to start policing speeding bicyclists who tear through their neighborhood at more than 50 mph.

"Someone is going to get killed," a frustrated Colin Bradley said of the cyclists who speed down the hill from the National Center for Atmospheric Research, the Boulder Daily Camera reports.
