The Spectrum of St. George, Utah, reported that Cedar City police had received a report of the woman Thursday morning from Lin's Market Place. Advertisement The woman, 28, was allegedly riding a motorized cart, hiding that she was partly naked. However, witnesses said that when standing, she would expose her buttocks by bending over the shelves to look at items. Police said the woman claimed to have arrived in Cedar City with the circus but had been left behind.
