What began as a hobby has turned into a business venture for the former organizational consultant, when he created An Exclusive Engagement. Advertisement "My creative side wanted to do something different from accounting," Bloomberg told the Fort Worth Star-Telegram. So far, he has guided 15 would-be grooms to accepted proposals, using creative techniques such as a proposal at the Hope Diamond exhibit. For a basic fee of $349, Bloomberg says he will gain an in-depth understanding of the potential future bride -- the better to create the ideal situation. An Exclusive Engagement also caught the interest of a television producer who will make a one-hour special about the company -- and plans to pitch TV networks on a reality show based on the concept.
