Age Halvorsen of the Telemark police said the moose were found in downtown Skien Wednesday morning after 70 emergency calls from frantic residents. Advertisement Aftenposten reports one moose was killed near the city library and the others led back into the woods. That was after a day-care center and numerous fences were trampled and cars were dented. Officials warned citizens not to confront a moose.
