MUSKEGO, Wis., April 19 (UPI) -- A Wisconsin boy was fired and ticketed by police who accuse him of sticking a finger through a chicken sandwich purchased at a McDonald's drive-through.

The 16-year-old's name is being withheld because he's a juvenile.

The ticket was for disorderly conduct said Muskego, Wis., Police Capt. Paul Geiszler.

An officer was picking up food for a dispatch worker who isn't allowed to leave the station when they noticed a chicken sandwich with a hole straight through from wrapper to wrapper, The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.

When the officer returned to talk to the manager, the boy who was working the drive-through came out to answer questions.

After denying the incident he said held a grudge against police officers because he allegedly got in trouble for underage drinking.
