PORTLAND, Ore., Feb. 23 (UPI) -- A Portland, Ore., company has introduced a coffee it claims not only enhances a person's sex drive, but actually contributes to making a better world.

A 2-week supply of Java Sutra costs $15.95 including shipping and its marketers say the "nutrient-infused life-enhancement" brew still manages to taste like coffee.

It is infused with organic Maca, which the company says has been cultivated in Peru for more than 6,000 years and was used in fertility rituals.

The company also claims the brew not only boosts libido, but "it is also known to increase energy, balance hormone levels, and is loaded with anti-oxidants, vitamins, calcium, good carbs, and much, much more."

Company founder Derek Jurovich said 25 percent of net profits go to charities that provide water and infrastructure to impoverished communities.

"It's naturally nutritious, and good for our globe -- better coffee, better health, better world," Jurovich said.
