Web site provides fake alibis for cheaters

LONDON, Feb. 19 (UPI) -- A British Web site is offering to provide iron-clad fake alibis for those considering an adulterous liaison.

For about $85, FakeAlibi.co.uk provides a standard alibi package that includes an invitation to a fake conference, seminar and/or training weekend sent to your address, along with a false hotel booking confirmation, the Sunday Telegraph reported.

The Web site also offers a telephone number, which, if rung by an inquisitive significant other, will be answered by an agent pretending to be a hotel receptionist or seminar organizer.

For the more inventive types, who prefer to concoct their own alibis, Fake Alibi will provide the corroborative fake documentation.
