Louis Martinez, 23, was also placed on three years probation, barred from contact with dogs for three years and ordered to appear before Bronx Supreme Court Judge Megan Tallmer every two months, the New York Daily News reported Thursday. Advertisement Martinez was charged with animal cruelty for leaving his little dog locked in his apartment for more than a week without food and water, the newspaper said.
