Sharkey is wanted in Indianapolis on the charges on which bond has been set at $100,000, the Princeton (Minn.) Union-Eagle reported.

Princeton police said their search discovered the May 2005 warrants that led to Sharkey's arrest Monday.

Sharkey, 41, a native of Elizabethtown, N.J., has lived in Princeton since October.

Sharkey gained the limelight earlier this month with his Friday the 13th announcement of his candidacy for Minnesota governor under the Vampires, Witches and Pagans Party banner.

Among his proposals was one that would use impalement to execute murderers, rapists and terrorists.

"As governor," Sharkey said, "terrorists and criminals will live in fear of me, while the people of this state will be able to live fear free."

Specifics of the Indiana charges against Sharkey were not known immediately.

San Fran may name street for drag queen

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- A groundbreaking 82-year-old San Francisco drag queen appears set to have part of a city street named after him.

City Supervisor Bevan Dufty, who is openly gay, petitioned the Board of Supervisors to rename a block of 16th Street in honor of 82-year-old Jose Sarria, who in 1961 campaigned for election to the board wearing feather boas and stiletto heels.

He didn't win, but garnered 5,600 votes and inspired successive generations of gay politicians, Dufty told the board.

"It's interesting they're doing this while I'm alive," Sarria said. "Maybe somebody figures I haven't got much longer to live -- I hope they're not pushing me out the door."

Other city drag activists support the designation of the block-long Jose Sarria Place

"Jose Sarria is our Rosa Parks," drag activist Nicole Murray Ramirez told the Los Angeles Times. "This one little man has had a far-reaching impact."

'Fairytale' rescue for Marra the dolphin

MARYPORT, England, Feb. 1 (UPI) -- A juvenile bottlenose dolphin trapped at Maryport, England, was returned to the sea, where it met and swam off with another dolphin, a report said.

While Marra the dolphin brought delight for nearly a month at the tidal marina, rescuers took action Monday since the malnourished creature was losing weight and skin pigment while swimming along harbor walls much like zoo animals.

When the tide drained, Marra was captured and loaded onto a watercraft that returned the dolphin to the ocean.

"This is the fairytale bit," Tony Woodley of the British Divers Marine Life Rescue told The Times of London. "It was seen to dive four times and then meet up with another dolphin" and headed into deep water, he said. "We were not expecting the other dolphin at all. To meet up so quickly is quite remarkable," said Woodley.

Last week, many of the same rescuers failed in efforts to save a whale in the Thames River.

Michigan quints make for full house

LANSING, Mich., Feb. 1 (UPI) -- The addition of quintuplets to the household of Malessa and Rex Wing makes for a full house -- the Sheperd, Mich., couple now have eight children.

The quints -- three boys and two girls -- arrived Monday at a Sparrow Perinatal Center in Lansing in a span of just 5 minutes.

All of the babies were small but are doing fine, WJRT, Lansing, reported Tuesday. The babies were temporarily labeled "a," "b," "c," "d" and "e" until they are named by their parents.

The Wings already had three other children.
