The fan had decided to celebrate the King of Rock 'n' Roll's 71st birthday Sunday by playing "Burning Love" over and over again, the Mirror reported Tuesday. Advertisement The girlfriend finally could not take it any more and allegedly stabbed him with scissors in the head, back and legs, police said. He was treated for six stab wounds and released. The 30-year-old girlfriend was charged with unlawful wounding and ordered to appear before a court in Northam.
