NEW SMYRNA BEACH, Fla., Dec. 7 (UPI) -- A sculptured fish that was part of an art installation under a Florida bridge has disappeared.
The fish was part of a project called "Bridge to the Sea," the Orlando Sentinel reported. Middle school students designed the project, which included six hanging fish under a bridge on Route 1 in New Smyrna Beach, with turtles, mermaids and other marine creatures on the pillars. The design was executed by elementary school students.
Police believe that someone made off with the fish after it fell to the ground. City officials say it can be returned with no questions asked.
