John Brown said a prophecy of Moses in the Old Testament states the tribe of Asher will "dip his foot in oil." Brown said the southern tip of the tribe's land in Israel resembles a foot. Advertisement Brown's Zion Oil Co. was hauling equipment Wednesday to the edge of Kibbutz Ma'anit, near Afula, Several investors, many of them wealthy evangelicals, are expected to attend the dedication ceremony later this month.
