British serial flasher covered up

LONDON, March 24 (UPI) -- British authorities have banned a serial flasher from further flashing with an anti-social behavior order.

The law, known simply as ASBO, prohibits Robert Walker, 38, from publicly removing his clothes below the waist, the Sun reported Thursday.

Walker admitted he exposed himself three times to rowers, cyclists and walkers on a riverbank -- once standing naked with one fist in the air "like Superman," police said.
