Since the new law also bans total nudity, a councilman told WAOI-AM Friday the topless dancers could dangle their badges from their g-strings. Advertisement Strippers will have to purchase annual permits in the form of badges for $50. The "Human Display Ordinance" bans all-nude dancing, lap dancing and private rooms as well. An attorney representing the city's strippers has promised to immediately appeal the new law, which he called unconstitutional.
