The 47-year-old man stole more than 500 chocolate bars, 415 caramels, 48 cans of beer, 190 packs of gum, 12 packages of condoms and a pair of cigarillos -- all of which was recovered because he never made it out of the Oslo-area stores, Aftenposten reported Monday. Advertisement In one case, the suspect was taken into a store manager's office and asked to identify himself, the newspaper said. While in the office, he apparently pocketed the manager's wallet. Two weeks later, nabbed in the same store, he pulled her wallet from his pocket when the manager asked for identification.
