When Richard Brown of New Haven, Conn., appeared Monday before a Superior Court judge in Milford, he kept his clothes on and his mouth shut, the New Haven Register reported. Advertisement Brown was sentenced to an additional six months for the June mooning incident, plus 15 years in a plea agreement reached in the case. That means he will serve a minimum of 10 and a half years for a December 2003 robbery. Court officials took a number of precautions before Brown's hearing Monday, including changing courtrooms, adding marshals and making sure his was the last case on the docket. But it turned out to be a routine hearing: Brown respectfully answered the judge's questions and, most importantly, he kept his pants on.
