CLEVELAND, Aug. 3 (UPI) -- The Ohio makers of an unauthorized Arnold Schwarzenegger bobblehead doll in a suit carrying a rifle have agreed to remove the gun for an authorized version.

The California governor sued Bosley Bobbers, a family-owned company in Canton, after it refused to stop making a bobblehead doll of a grinning Schwarzenegger holding a gun.

The Hollywood action star-turned-politician is highly protective of his name and image.

The unauthorized gun-toting figurine was designed by John Edgell, former chief of staff of ex-presidential candidate Rep. Dennis Kucinich, D-Ohio, the Cleveland Plain Dealer said.

Bosley Bobbers settled the lawsuit by agreeing to produce an unarmed Arnold figure and will donate a portion of the sales of both dolls to Arnold's All Stars, a charity that benefits junior high school students in Los Angeles.

The company also makes Jesus and President George W. Bush bobbleheads. Edgell said he also plans to make a satirical "girlie man" Schwarzenegger figure.
