White House mum on tongue

WASHINGTON, July 21 (UPI) -- The White House took a tongue in cheek attitude Wednesday over first daughter Jenna Bush's sticking her tongue out at the press at St. Louis.

"I put her up to it," spokesman Scott McClellan said jokingly. "I don't think I have anything to add."

Bush was pictured Tuesday sticking her tongue out at reporters and photographers from behind a limousine window at Lambert International Airport as she departed for a campaign appearance with her father in St. Charles.

Jenna, as well as twin sister Barbara, have generally been out of sight of the media. But since graduation from college in June, they have begun to make campaign appearances with their father.
